12 -17 can flourish and realize their full potential. Through mentorship, education, and positive role models, we aim to instill confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of self-worth in these young women.

Our mission is to equip them with the tools they need to navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and become resilient individuals who can positively impact their communities and the world at large.

In Theta Petals, we grow young leaders who embrace personal responsibility, lead with empathy, remain trustworthy in their actions, practice awareness of themselves and others, and uplift their sisters and the community through consistent support and purpose‑driven leadership.
